This month is Developmental Disability Awareness Month, and in honor of that, we wanted to celebrate the incredible accomplishments of our amazing employees! Of course, they’ve accomplished so much more (definitely more than could fit on a muffin 😉) We are lucky to have such hardworking, dedicated employees, and we hope that by sharing their stories and videos, more businesses will open their doors to hiring someone with a disability. If you’re a Los Angeles business looking to create a more inclusive work environment, we would love to connect! If interested please email [email protected] to learn more!

Damn I love those videos. I wish more people would give people with disabilities more chances to shine. You guys are amazing.
The last guys work accomplishment was "got a job"
“My accomplishment is that I’m here” WHICH IT IS!!!!
Fun fact: Nearly 8 million Americans are seeking to accomplish that last one.
and the saddest thing is that people would look at this and disagree that people shouldn’t have a disability month. People have been hated for having disabilities, and the history of hate with disabilities is insane, we still deserve disability month, regardless of what people say or think.
That's actually so sweet😭
The reason these things are so hard for disabled people is because they're repeatedly told they can't or that they'll never be able to. But look at them! They're out there, they're doing what they were told was impossible for them. And every person, regardless of disability can too. Thank you for the happiness, especially in such dark times.
I love that at my church there’s a small cafe called Chance and everyone who works there has Down syndrome and I think it’s really sweet people are doing this for disability awareness.
Congrats Dominic ,Congrats Kate Congrats Elsie Congrtas Calylin and Congrats to Darius !!! You are all so inspiring !!! Love from Australia

Yay! That muffin is so full of accomplishments 🎉
I opened the coments and were pleasently surprised for once
Oh we doing accomplishments? So my big brother has learned so many new words this year (when he was younger he was non verbal/ only a couple of words) and for me I’ve learned how to use a coping saw in product design! (My brother has Level 3 Autism with lots of other Disabilities that I don’t know how to pronounce) (I have Autism level two that over the years I’ve learned to cope with but still hard!) Happy disability awareness month!
Once I was in a hospital. And I ate in the cafeteria there. There was a girl with down syndrome and she told me proud that she made my latte. We were so happy for each other
the fact im clapping irl for them makes my heart full <3
I hope they know how much they are loved & how much they light up this world 💜
