Went to a restaurant in Canada that was German, Indian, Thai fusion. Chicken curry on spatzle, butter chicken schnitzel, chai lattes and imported German Weissbeir. It was great

Ngl, I thought that noodles was bathed in egg yolk sauce. But coconut curry does sound delicious.

Fusion food in Canada can be absolutely wild but shockingly good sometimes. I've tried a Rastafarian+Italian joint that was awesome. Sushi Poutine in the maritimes, cheese burger spring rolls in Ontario, Kreamchi dumplings(ice cream and kimchi in a dumpling), and halifax donair pizzas. Weird food combos is kinda our thing here

Egyptian-Vietnamese food in Japan is the wildest trio of cultures I’ve seen but what the hell sure

Coconut curry is great; never thought I would be bookmarking an Egyptian-Vietnamese restaurant in Tokyo, but here we are. And something about the "let me use Google Translate" sign is precious, like they just want to make food for people and have people enjoy the experience.
