When you dip a spoon with cocoa powder into milk without stirring, the cocoa stays on the surface because it’s hydrophobic and doesn’t mix well with liquid. If anybody who doesn’t know, that’s not hot chocolate that’s cocoa powder you do not make hot chocolate with cocoa powder unless you’re cooking it on the stove… even then it would be better off making chocolate

Can you people please stop making it like this.. just add the cocoa in the cup and add a LITTLE bit of milk to make a paste then add the rest of the milk.
