Lumpia can legit bring world peace :D
Im not Filipino, but have had many Filipino friends growing up. My friend Don's mom makes the BEST lumpia I have ever had! She gave my mom and grandma her recipe back in 1998, and they would randomly make it for a bbq during the year. Grandma made it most often, and the last time she made it was for Labor Day in 2018. Everyone else did all the bbq and sides and desserts, but she made her lumpia. I'd say my friend's mom, Norma, would have thought they were as good as hers.
Lumpia, Turon made me book a 18 hour flight to the Philippines Now its like my 2nd home I fell in love with the people And culture And some really great food
My Filipino friends love teaching me to cook their yum food
Lumpia and Pansit are also favorites here in the USA 🇺🇲😊
Lumpia with sweet and sour sauce is undoubtedly the best snack at a party or drinking session
I,'m a Filipino expat. Lumpia always stands out as a favourite in parties among non-Filipinos. Authentic Filipino dishes and deserts are always loved.
Lumpia is never wrong. I'm a Filipino in Norway, and Norwegians love it.
sa fiestahan naka target lock na yan eh pero sa pinas fruit salad talaga ang laging unang ubos pangalawa lumpia
My best friend and former roommate is Filipino. Lumpia is one of my all-time favorites! He married a Jamaican girl. When they have parties, the food is always on point!
same. canadians love lumpia shanghai, pansit guisado, sisig, etc
LUMPIA, PANCIT and CHICKEN ADOBO , always a hit
Im italian too and looks very good
The reason why lumpia would be the one getting finished first, not because it's new for them, but because it's just easy for the stomach, quite light and just a flavor bomb (a bit of saltiness in its wrapping then the savory fillings). Even when you are full, you can still snack a few ones. Quite a good appetizer too.
Honey I'm Filipino Italian. They love that stuff. Onion and garlic is like one of their main staples. XD spices is their thing.
