We made a RAMEN HOT DOG Bun 🍜🌭 …and yesss, it’s exactly as unhinged as it sounds 😭🔥 Hot dog… but make it ramen. A new fusion is officially unlocked. A crispy Buldak noodle bun, juicy hot dog, melty cheese, and spicy mayo all packed into one chaotic bite. Homemade Ramen Hot Dog Recipe 😋 🔥 Instructions 1️⃣ Cook your ramen 1 minute less than the package instructions. Drain extremely well. 2️⃣ While still warm, mix in the seasoning packet + included sauces, then add 1 beaten egg + 1/4 cup shredded cheese and mix thoroughly. 3️⃣ Lay out plastic wrap, place the ramen on top, and tightly mold into a hot dog bun shape. (Place a hot dog in the middle to create the slot if needed.) 4️⃣ Wrap tightly and refrigerate overnight to fully set and hold shape. 5️⃣ Remove plastic wrap, place into a foil cradle mold, and air fry at 180°C (355°F) for 10–12 minutes to set structure. 6️⃣ Remove foil mold, lightly spray with oil, then air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy. 7️⃣ Brush with extra sauce/glaze while hot for that glossy finish. 8️⃣ Add your hot dog + toppings (mayo drizzle, scallions, seaweed, extra sauce, whatever chaos you want).
