I think in a city with thousands of restaurants and really good food, customer service matters a lot. When there is so much choice, good food is not enough. Another great video ❤.

I ate at soup and burger once. It wasn’t bad, at all. Same experience… pretty good food, a handful of locals and pretty friendly staff. I just think its location probably hinders it. A lot of tourists or NYU students. Not many “locals” left in that area.
