I’m with Rich on the ribs and green beans. I like them to have a tug and beans cooked a long enough to become soft.
WIMPY portions for the meatloaf at $16.95
taste was probably good.. but the small portion sizes arent! 3 dinky taquitos, small portion of meatloaf and ribs and sides..
Rich, you know that it's going to be hard to compare any ribs with yours. It is what it is.😊

Being a southerner, my mother and grandmother made the green beans like RIch likes them. They were cooked for a long time with fatback in the ingredients. FYI, my MD stated that it's best to lose just 1-2 pounds a week as a slow loss is more likely to remain. I combine mine with walking a lot as well.
We like our green beans the way Rich does cooked down overcooked and very soft. We liked Fort Worth and was sorry to see they went out but we'll have to try this next trip.
I like my green beans cooked for a long time too.
Rich, I do pork ribs (Dave’s rib rub, salt, pepper, little garlic powder) in the instant pot (40 min high pressure), cut into 4 sections and brush with (Sweet Baby Ray’s hickory brown sugar), add to air fryer for about 5 minutes or so to glaze up real well. I add extra sauce for maximum flavor. Fall off the bone tender, and fabulous! I did 35 min in instant pot once, and ribs came out a little more firm.😎
Most people don't care that much for the smokey flavor, smokey is not the same as BBQ. 😅

Rich would love my home made green beans. They are almost like eating homemade noodles! I cook them forever! Lots of onion, bacon and beef broth!

If you guys are going to Texas in the Fall. You just might want to try going to Amarillo Texas. It's the in the upper part of Texas. And theirs a restaurant you both could try to eat at The Big Texan Steak Ranch & Brewery. They serve steaks so big their unbelievable! Tgey have on their menu if you can eat a 72 once steak with all the fixings. You can get your meal for free on the house. I ate their before and i never in my life had a better steak in my entire life. Of course I orderdd a smaller size steak with the fixings. The fixings are incredible good and you guys will not ever be disappointed eating there. I loved it and i will never forget how the food was it was fantastic! You guys always gets really good meals you guys make me hungry. Thank God i don't have to cook tonight my family is eating leftovers. LOL
