I’ve herd people call there brisket aerodynamic a few times now I don’t get it at all trimming it to get rid of some of the harder fats or the thinner pieces that will burn I understand, but trimming it for the sake of making it aerodynamic makes zero sense to me

Looks amazing. This is kinda why I don't do brisket too often. Because I don't make sausage or any other stuff with the trimmings, everything I cut goes in the can. 🙁
