You must be aware that Tayto invented flavoured crisps with the first cheese and onion crisps? Before then you either had crisps you put your own salt on or ready-salted.

The guy at the Belfast Bap Company is a lovely guy, the full Belfast Bap is best shared. Kelly's is my favourite bar, the restaurant upstairs has lots of traditional Irish food available, and their Guinness isn't too bad.
It’s Irish foods. It’s like when people say it’s a northern Irish stew it’s Irish stew. Ulster is a province of Ireland every food you mentioned is a regional variation of just Irish food. PS Northern Ireland was never a country

Great job with the video BUT I need to talk about the pastie. It doesn't have beef or lamb lol it's just potato, herbs, spices etc formed and battered. Sometimes there might be minced pork but a lot rarer now. I'm not sure why you were so hesitant, nothing weird in it 😂 Longs Fish and Chips is the iconic one, much better than that, not sure who sent you to the Supreme, Longs and other places handmake their own. Also Belfast Bap is unique to belfast, made by master baker Barney Hughes in 1800s, it stands for Bread After Production as he gave them to the poor. Otherwise really enjoyed your perspective on our wonderful city. If back come on one of my tours and I'll help ya find even better places

It's pronounced Dul Is.... not duldge. Also the belfast bap is local to belfast alone. A 15 is not common in the uk at all.
