He actually made this quicker than the others , prep time was short, he said cook for 3 hours . If you go to top of scene and click on the dots the ingredients is there under description
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Made this last night and WOW! My family was blown away. A few things I tweaked. I always like to "cook" my spices in a pan to bring out more flavor, and also I took the advice of someone in the comments and added beef short ribs/ beef bones for stewing. Listen.... para chupar los dedos! There's still so much left over that the $35 is well worth it to feed my family of 5 for 2 days.
Birria is the tacos of the gods. I could eat this everyday. I love making this.
Yum!!! Where can I find the recipe? My mouth is watering 🤤
Add some bone in short rip or beef bone to it, it will add more collagen to the consommé and give it that lip-smacking slightly sticky texture.
I made this last night although I used Morita Chiles, Ancho Chile, & California Chile. I cooked it on low for approximately 5-8 hours. At the 3 hour mark the meat was to tough so we added a whole lime juice and a dash of vinegar to tenderize the meat & let it cook more. The final result was AMAZING omg I love it I’m so excited to have it again for lunch 😊
Quesabirrias and birria dishes are my favorite Mexican food by far. That and a really good pezole

I’ve been making Ol El Paso tacos kits for decades, they’re my favourite food for sure. This looks like the real authentic stuff and I’m looking forward to trying it. Thanks for posting this.
When you cook the beef for three hours is on a low simmer? Covered?
I put it in the slow cooker and when I get back home it's ready to eat
I used this recipe as a reference and threw everything in a crockpot.. fingers crossed 🤞 😊
El tomate la cebolla y la canela estaban de vacaciones pues!
