Since the spam is salty I recommend to increase the sugar a bit more than the soy sauce.

Spam seems very useful and tasty, if we had it here in Mexico, I'm pretty sure we would eat it all the time. We love instantaneous things, easy to cook, or in the other hand, very delicious things. If there's a meal in between these two, we're likely to not cook it often, cause it's not worth the time and effort.
