Wouldn’t it be better to combine the marinade before you drizzle it on the chicken so it’s evenly distributed? Just a question.

A decent chef would have taught you the difference between a thigh and drumette. Next the chef would have taught to you mix the marinade first and marinate your drumettes for a minimum if 30 minutes to infuse the flavors into the meat. You need to fire that chef.

Ingredients for Marinade: 1-2 tbsp Honey 2-3 gloves garlic, minced 1 tsp turmeric 1 Pinch black pepper (optional) 1 Pinch Salt, or more to taste 1/4 cup Soy sauce Mix well and rub into the chicken to marinate (at least 30 minutes, or better overnight) 1/4 cup water add just before cooking in the pan or the oven. Not for the marinade! Enjoy 😋

“White stuff” is cornstarch to thicken gravy. The chicken part is wing drumettes.

If you put honey directly on meat it will make your dish become hard and sticky you need to mix marinade first

A pinch of salt or a heaping spoon of salt?😅😂 coz based on the sequence in the video, aftr the turmeric is the salt..but on the video it doesnt look like a pinch of salt...more like a heaping teaspoon of salt..pls clarify. Thanks.
