🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 Never "rescue" fawns. Unless their moms carcass is right beside them, they're ok. The doe spends most of her day foraging, leaving the fawns to wait for her because together they'll attract predaceous attention. IF YOU RESCUE A FAWN, THEY'RE FAR MORE LIKELY TO DIE! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

Please please PLEASEEE do not try to “rescue” and fawn most likely the mother is not far away and is watching her baby. Unless the fawn is injured please leave it alone

Pretty sure that middle one is a baby antelope. From the same research, apparently they're called "calves." Learned something new.

Noooo! A “abandoned” is most likely NOT abandoned!! Mama is very close by praying you don’t do any to her baby!! This is a survival tactic if mamas not next to the baby she’s making sure she doesn’t make her baby a target!! PLEASE LEAVE THE BABY DEER ALONE!

An albino deer or a deer with any amount of white on them is protected by law. You cannot shoot it. You cannot do anything to it. And if you have shot one on purpose, or if they catch you with it at all, you are going to get in .Big big trouble

Please do NOT try to “rescue” a fawn if it is clearly healthy the mother is likely nearby watching or getting food they leave their babies laying down like that because the ONE thing a predator is looking for is food, and nothing draws them more than a fawn with its mother, it’s like a 2 for 1 deal to them
