In a non-AI world, this move to ARM backed with a very performant SoC would've been extremely exciting. For laptops, this and Snapdragon X would've probably started the transition away from x86-based laptops (directly competing with Apple's M-series) and for desktop, this would've probably been offered as an off-the-shelf APU and revitalized that product category enough to stand stocked alongside discreet CPU's and graphics cards in store shelves. In our world though, this is just kind of depressing.
