Tracking software inflicts far worse damage to product quality than the "laziness" it proportedly resolves. You end up stressed and neurotic and they PAY for the privilege of using it.

My brother is an IT supervisor for a large business. He showed me a program where he could see the active screens of all employees logged in. This would get flagged up so quickly 🤣🤣 Edit: UK, works for a finance company, could be data protection purposes. Our work pc has terms you accept just to log in, so it would be quite hard for employees to complain about something they agreed to

AI can be used to evaluate and deduce that you are not present because that is not normal human behavior while using a mouse.

Remouse does that without the fan but if you don’t want to pay use op auto clicker and remouse standard to make them turn each other on which will work forever
