Officers witnessed this cat get hit by a car and waited for help to arrive. 🥰

Years ago, I saw a kitten get hit by a car on my way to work. Guy who hit her drove off but I'm not even sure he realized what happened. She was a little orange tabby and the poor thing had at least a broken leg and was so freaked out. Scooped her up with a towel and raced to my vet -- never driven so recklessly in my life. Turned out she was ok other than the leg. No one claimed her so I adopted her. She died last year at 19. Best cat ever. Love you, Chloe.❤️😢 And prayers for this little guy.🙏❤️
