Is anyone like me, hover back and forth between models because Im on free plan 😅

Gemini: For getting information. For other uses it drifts of the path and you have to tell it to stay with the original question. GhatGPT: Best around. Stays on the path, but starts giving strange reply's when it doesn't know the answer. Claude: Quicker replies then ChatGPT. The only AI I've used that is honest and gives up saying it doesn't know the answer. I prefer that.

I love how we flag any Chinese product as privacy risk when it is open source and can run locally on your PC, meanwhile we all know that American similar products are constantly spying on you and even use some data in wars.

Claude desktop and its ability to create microsoft word, excel and powerpoint files directly is awesome.

I feel like you somehow ignored that Gemini quietly leads the market in photo, video and audio creation too. You mentioned DALL E and SORA 2 but Nano Banana 2/Pro and Veo 3.1 are already better and actually best in the game. Not to mention the sheer amount of different extra apps Google has, Flow for example is absolutely mind blowing to me, no other model even gets close to that level of precision, freedom and control in image creation. Good video overall but seems somewhat biased towards ChatGPT honestly.

Very helpful, thank you. What would really be great is to actually demonstrate practical uses for the average person. Not for coding or research, but tasks which people might find useful in the regular course of running their lives.

Claude for coding and data analysis. Gemini for content writing, image generation and research (it cites sources better than the rest). Grok for sports updates and memes. Sarvam (an Indian AI built specially for Indian context and languages) for translation. That's all I need.

Great explanation. I would add to the Google suite strengths, the most important: YouTube. It seems to be the only one that can “see” videos. All the others need a transcript or a description

I use Gemini Pro and I had to give it specific, standing intructions like "absence of evidence is not evidence of absence" and "take the information I provide in good faith" because it started to tell me certain things were impossible, or there is no verified examples of what you're talking about even though half the conversation prior had been about the POSSIBILITY of a hypothetical circumstance and it had admitted that it WAS possible given the provided information. Within a few prompts it totally forgot everything we had gone over and told me to seek professional health care (it was about a conspiracy theory)

Gemini is my choice, the most update for real world data
