After watching this video I didn't find the Universe " terrifying ." I was filled with a sense of " wonder ."

Just say you could travel at light speed and travel to Andromeda and arrive there instantly and came back again on around trip then 5 million years would of passed by and everyone you knew would be dead and gone...
The inconceivable, and possibly disturbing vastness of the universe reminds me of how some humans cannot conceive the change that could take place in allele frequencies in a population of organisms over hundreds of millions of years.

I know I'll never truly comprehend that kind of scale, but even just from beginning to try to visualize every grain of sand I quickly comprehend the futility of the endeavor. However, instead of feeling frustration over my limitations or even despair over my insignificance, each time I become filled with humble awe and joyful gratitude that I can even partially glimpse such sublimity...

Who is that little girl, and where did she get her degree at? She sounds about a scientific as Alex Jones. I’m totally just kidding. I was actually a nice humanizing touch to the documentary. It was all really enjoyable, even if the video was mostly speculative and imaginative. Which is part of the cool thing of astronomy. As we gaze up at the sky and wondering at what could be out there, we are constantly met with new discoveries that push the boundaries and our imaginations. We constantly discover that what is real is far more amazing than we ourselves could imagine, I believe. Maybe I’m just not very imaginative though. Lol ✌️💜
Ever since I was a young kid, falling in love with the cosmos and the sky...it never terrified me. It fascinated me. I still don't find it scary, I find it humbling.

When first encountering infinity, it was large but "comprehensible" in that it was just "more w/o end." The concept of infinity of the small is the simultaneous idea of "more AND less w/o end" and that is orders of "less comprehensible" to me.
