You've reached the end
That is credit card fraud. File a lawsuit.
You should sue that guy or at least taking him to Small Claims Court for the $3000. You will definitely win . It’s very cheap to do Small Claims Court. And put a lien on his car, reach out to the credit card company and explain the part is on the guy’s car that he paid for now he’s trying to rip you off
just because he disputed the charge, doesn't mean he wins the dispute.
I hope you sue the bastard.
He approved the repair and the price!!! Sue.
If he doesn’t like the cost he should no be driving a Porsche to begin with
Sounds like a well-thought-out plan to me
That’s a con man 100% that knew exactly what he was doing.
Court, that’s the only solution for someone who pulls shit like that
File a lawsuit for felony fraud and place a mechanics lien on his Porsche.
He knew WTF he was planning to do.
You will win the dispute
He's a common thief, that guy.
Mechanic’s lien inbound.
Some times the ones with "money" are the worst...
"Extended Warranty" = "Extended Scam"
Take the customer to court! They won’t win this case.
Take him to small claims court! Don't let him get away with it.
Extended warranty is a joke most of the time
The worst are those with money and fancy cars, they have a sense of entitlement.
