In some villages, people climb rooftops just to send one WhatsApp message. In most of the cities, people complain their 5G is "only" 800 Mbps. The joke? Both are paying the exact same recharge amount. Indian telecom companies have mastered the art of charging equally and serving unequally. 🙏📶

Personally, I think in an over populated country like India, where data is very cheap and everyone has access to it, this is a very good thing. People like us, who can pay extra to get a better service, benefit from this, especially since most people only use the internet to watch reels and YouTube shorts and just conjust the network. Pretty good thing tbh should have come earlier

Priority 5G is SA & Prepaid is NSA. Latency will be obviously high on 3.5 Ghz indoor for SA. Thats what has happened.

This was already tried during 4G rollouts. Due to backlash from people it got cancelled.

I would call it a Priority if it works better in remote areas rather than crowded areas.

i have a question : if they want other customers to get in the postpaid plans wouldn't it js create more traffic over the postpaid network resulting in obv lesser traffic in prepaid? would it eventually make the postpaid one congusted leaving the prepaid more open ? resulting in prepaid maybe getting better???? 5:09

If postpaid users are paying more than the prepaid users then why should they not get the better experience

Despite jio using standalone 5g , my experience with jio has always been pathetic
