I've always lived the concept of bartering
Charlie, in taking down an old house, am batering with what comes out. Some has gone to help another homesteader build what she needs, another friend firewood, cement blocks and 2x8 lumber for shelves. I've been getting eggs, a nice doe rabbit and use of a vehicle to get potting soil. Will be building a better shelter for my ewes also.

True! Remember what Jesus said to the man that asked him what he needed to do to follow him. Forsake all you own, and have, material and money, everything and follow me. In other would fade away all he has and thought and cares of the world to make him a fishers of men(peoples) souls , by Jesus teachings and lessons, you gain wisdom, which only come freely from God and the true meaning of life
