they will NEVER wipe the phone if you dont know the apple details. They can only wipe it if you don’t have an Apple ID connected. But who the fuck has a iPhone that’s not connected to an Apple ID ?

Doesn't need to specifically be a mac to restore an iphone/ipod/ipad, a windows PC or laptop willl do it as well.
