Curious whether you think your weight loss is due to the fact that you’re done having kids and your eldest is 1+ yrs old and you’re not breastfeeding so I would assume no longer considered postpartum, the qualify of food in Europe, the lower cost of many healthy foods, the smaller portion sizes, if you have had a change in your exercise routine is it easier to be more active in the UK (cost, more pedestrian lifestyle, etc.), etc. Haven’t followed you close enough or for long enough to know what the answer would be but given you’ve been in the UK l but it would be interesting to hear if it is easier for you to be healthy in the UK vs the US and why. Also you appear to live in a more affluent area of the UK and the South in general has a lower obesity rate than the North so that also has clearly has an impact. Genuinely curious. Neither the US nor the UK are known as “healthy countries” so would be interesting to hear the differences and the impact on your daily life if you are not actively not trying to lose weight.
