Setting an alarm every minute = the best way to feel like a failure 10 times an hour every morning. Anyone else suffer the same fate?😅

Then you have that one day where you feel motivated at midnight and set your phone alarm to 4:00 a.m. when you usually get up at 6:00 to "go on a run"
