They are so incredibly intelligent.
Orangutans are about as smart as a 4 year old human child so easily smart enough to have figured out that people keep snacks and candy in their bag. They can even learn sign language to ask for things directly. Very intelligent creatures.

The whole thing with the sweet and the orangutan showing directions on how to get the sweet to him happened quite a while ago. I don't remember about the female and the pocketbook, but for the rest, I remembered.
