Why doesn’t Siri activate during keynotes?

You can hear a certain absence when the presenter says it. It's kinda like an mp3 with a low encoding rate but somehow still clear.

I noticed that during SNL when there’s a musical guest and they have “Hey Siri, play music from *insert music guest here*”, it also doesn’t trigger. Must the the same reason.
