"Why is my 4090 faster than a 5050?"
It took 4 generations for a 50 class card to beat the regular gtx 1080

It took 2 generations for the 60 class to be on par with 1080ti and 3 to surpass it.

Someone once argued with me and tried to mock me for having a rtx 3090 He had a prebuilt that included a rtx 5050 and claimed it superior
Just remeber guys an rtx 3080 has better raw performance than a 4070 and 5060 ti 16gb
used 3080ti's have crazy good value rn
my 2009 prius smokes any lambo just have to use sport mode
Nvidia predicates every gain on dlss now, so don’t expect any real gains without the slop filters, which is why most people haven’t upgraded.

I like to follow a weird rule of, increase of gen=decrease of series eg. 3080=4070=4060 not super acurate but enough yk (only works for 20 series+

And with slower advancement in gpu now, its more relevant than ever now
I use a laptop with Intel pentium Prosser and 4gb ddr3 ram. Anyway you can convince my parents to give me an upgrade (any upgrade is fine)
