This is insanity. They're seated. The person that's not there sitting needs to be given this talk.

Talking to a paying customer like that is wild. Kicking an entire family off for and saying they're on the own now is diabolical 😡

That airline should be ashamed of themselves. They should give this man his money back and found him and his family a place to stay for free.
