It's cool that Valve will allow Windows to run on the Steam Machine. That said, the single stick of 16gb 5600 CL46 ram might be problematic running games with Windows going in the background. Not to mention Steam OS uses Proton to pre-compile and patch shader caches.

Valve just went " You paid for it you own it and you can have whatever you want on it." 😂
