The total energy capacity of a battery is measured in watt-hours which is approximated by multiplying the nominal voltage by the Ah rating. 11.1V * 2600mAh = 28.8 Wh. Phones batteries are nominally 3.7V so a 5000mAh phone battery has a capacity of 18.5Wh. The tablet battery would be equivalent of a 7780 mAh phone battery.

Capacity (ussally tech talk and not the amount of electron) is calculated in watt hours (atleast in a lot of electrical engineering contexts). 3.7v×5ah= 18.5wh Vs 11.1v×2.6ah=28.86wh So your phone's battery is smaller.
