19:40 I totally disagree. If the base phone is priced fairly for its specs, this is a win. Not everyone can drop 1000+€ on a phone, and modular upgrades actually give it a longer lifespan. Plus, if newer phones and attachments are backwards compatible, mass production isn't an issue.
