You covered this better than anyone on here, but let's be real 10 year lifespan is more of a marketing gimmick, the device lacks smart features and a dedicated app for proper and accurate diagnostics. 500w is fair enough for the price and ITEL did a good job with this particular system. The problem with this is that ITEL didn't specify in detail where this can be used and i see a lot of people using this to power their apartments, this device is made for basic appliances when the lights go off like a TV, gaming consoles and a laptop. Now adding a watt calculator is good but further highlights ITEL's flaw of incorporating a proper watt, input and output measurement also inverter efficiency what percentage, so just stating 1kwh is just marketing. You are better of with an Ecoflow unit.

The inverter is 500w and that's the capacity of what it can pull. Not the battery dude.
