The refs in this World Cup have been terrible.

Cheating is an unfair statement. It's poor officiating man… England has nothing to do with it.

I hate it when people say a team cheated or a player cheated. No they didn’t, they only played the game. The officials and rules are there to make sure the game is played right, and if they fail to do that, then it is basically equivalent to street ball.

How on earth can anyone accuse England of cheating here? It's the officials who were to blame for incompetence. The drop-ball decision should have been employed.
