I bought Waves Platinum and three months later they moved to the subscription, when I signed-up it was free upgrades if you purchased, then the subscription kicked in and we were temporarily forced to move to a sub. Then they pulled that back, so we thought we were back where we were. Then they said, no free upgrades so there I was, owning Waves 13 and unable to upgrade to 14 already, it hadn't even been a year. I was so pissed, I uninstalled it and never went back. Piss on Waves.

I'm NEVER paying for a subscription for a software that can work perfectly without even internet connection, no NECESSARY maintenance cost for anyone. This is ridiculous. I'll just p1r4t3 it, I don't even feel bad anymore.
