Why is the MI6 building so damn obvious?

The green tint on the windows is because that's balistic glass to stop a lot of stuff that can hit it very hard (mostly bullets but probably rockets and grenades too). It's essentially just very thick glass which makes it look greenish. The triple glazed fact that AI tells you is just for noise and thermal efficiency because glass buildings get hot AF without. Also, you said about Moats, they're not water moats as you think. They will be anti vehicle moats, basically pavement or plant covered areas that can take a specific weight before collapsing. You can walk on them but a vehicle would fall through preventing it reaching the outer wall, this is sadly common in urban design now due to possible terrorist threat. Looking at the plan view, i'd guess that most if not all of the areas with the cross hatching are those moats. What you need to know about Mi6 is that they're probably in more places than you even know exist and they're probably a decent way to spend your tax pennies. If you do ever find out about them it's either because you work for them (they do actually have a jobs website) or because they know about you. The latter would probably be a bad thing 😂

I took my children 8 & 14 from our home in South Wales to Legoland. Afterwards I drove into central London and parked up where your final shot was. I was bigging up the spy thing to my 8 year old boy when a bus came by advertising the new James Bond movie. My boy was so excited and still remembers it today as a 26 year old 😃

The windows on the main building look like the ones from computer games where the devs just leave it green or blue to imply a curtain, or some kind of opaque window.

It's hidden in plain sight, same reason the US embassy is a modern castle surrounded by an aesthetically pleasing park. You're less noticeable when you don't try to hide, and when you have a nice design it detracts from how that design actually contributes to its security.
