You've reached the end
Had one of these as a hire car once and was surprised how quickly it drank petrol for a 1.6 litre engine.
If it were mine Iβd have kept the oil and changed the car !
Once heard a customer had super glued their oil filter housing the beauty about it. You never stop learning.ππππ

Good to see you don't just do performance cars. ππ»

Yeah. Thats a new one for me too. πππ
The cap on my Hyundai diesel is like that, but in the top of the engine where you can get to it. Torque is 35Nm, it's stamped on the cap, no excuse for over-tightening
It's a Nissan Cash Cow, be careful they're an expensive hobby to own.
The do snap easy but the proper toll also goes over the round part not just the hex
Renault in disguise??
Wow Iβm a Nissan tech and never seen this makes you wonder
Easyout, been a while since I heard that.
These are one of the worst oil filter caps I know of. Usually get a face full of oil.
Those m9r engines are disgusting when the injectors get seized in the head, due to windscreen scuttle leaks.
I dont enjoy working with Nissans anymore....
Nissan cashcow
What happens when the French get involved. Shite
Can you do a video off you guys draining the oil then starting it up and letting run
I did similar with the same cap that's on the Renault trafic. Not with bolts but with a plastic putty. It was already had a quarter of the hex break off so I packed a chunk of putty in to it, put the socket on till it hardened as to keep the right shape. Came off easily like that and when the new cap was wrong I refused the old one and now it's been 6 years and 7 oil changes.
