The Linux Kernel is Falling Apart: ❌ The Linux Kernel is Strengthening: ✅
Ultimately the kernel will be even more hardened than ever before
I wouldn't describe vulnerabilities being discovered and FIXED as "falling apart".
Imagine the things we could find if microslop released the windows 11 kernel source
I ain’t gonna lie this YouTube channel be stressing the hell outta me 😅
It's not that there are more new bugs... It's that there becoming known, publicly, faster. 1:53
I actually enjoy seeing bugs get patched. I would rather security researchers find bugs over hackers.
There have been more exploits everywhere as a result of ai (other applications and operating systems as well) If we're gonna say the Linux kernel is falling apart then windows is shattered to pieces on the ground

Hey claude, Make the kernel hackproof
Before I was disabled, I was a PM and Admin. We were building a highly secure system and not only were we worried about people who would be working on it system, but LPEs. I remember Intel's Linux team laughing at me when I brought up lpe's, saying they don't happen. How things have changed in 20 years.
Is it falling apart? Or is AI finding vulnerabilities because it has access to the source? Which will now be fixed, making it more secure than ever. Unlike Windows...
Anything that doesn't immediately kill off the usage of the linux kernel will only make it stronger in the future 🗣️
You ain't getting enough love. Excellent job explaining.

the best way to patch bugs is to update your system. the best way to prevent bugs to be introduced to your system is to not update your system.
short time: big tech should channel tons of money to hot fixes long time: linux will be hard to cut glass
Vulnerabilities will always exist, what we're seeing is them chasing us up the acceleration knee.
