There's a monitor literally sitting outside my neighbors sidewalk with a sign that reads "Free" guess ik wat I'm doing this weekend Update: after doing a bit of research, I learned that the process isn't too difficult but you will need to know how to solder to have power for the screen. You will also need to install LED strips inside your PC in order to actually see wats on the screen. Unfortunately I don't know how to solder and someone already took the monitor 😤

Not that valuable it takes a lot of work and precision to make it but after a few monitors and hours its worth it

That’s pretty sick, might have to try something like that for my broken glass panel. The back panel shattered, but I’m pretty sure the front one is the same layout. Just flip them and fab a front screen for it.
