My sparetire was almost as useless. Needed it this year when least expected - as usual. Then I realized that the spare tire was still the original one.The problem: my car was built in 1999. So I had to use a 27-year-old spare tire that had been traveling under the car (not in a trunk compartment) for 27 years in all kinds of weather, and drive 70 kilometers on a federal highway with it.
