Moose are incredible at staying hidden, I was at Colorado in the mountains, saw one by a bush, got out of the car to get closer and it was gone.

Let me bring up what no one is mentioning. They transported 8 moose ?!?!?! Have you ever dealt with a single moose? They are terrifying, and deadly. Bringing 8 on a ship is a a serious feat.
