Your "problem" is improper trailer storage. The trailer in itself is not the problem. It is actually amazing that a trailer that large is able to collect and hold water at all. Now, my suggestion is, if you will be leaving the trailer parked on weak ground, at least leave the dump-gate a jar and slightly elevated in the front to prevent this in the future.

If you didn't have access to the fork lift, you could have also used a secret high tech device called a syphon😂

A siphon would work quicker with a 3inch hose

If you have a really thick hose, you can submerge it in there, block off one end, lift part of it up, and use it as a gravity siphon.
