Lava Bucket + Water Bucket

It's crazy that a website posted on Twitter has more impact than a dinner with Microsoft's AI chief.
Commenter challenge: don't mention the personal knowledge management tool named after a minecraft combination of lava and water.
🤣🤣 "OpenAI build this with 250 people" he forgot to add, "in a cave!"🤣🤣🤣
15:50 "TONY STARK WAS ABLE TO BUILD THIS IN A CAVE... WITH A BOX OF SCRAPS"
Satya Nutella at Microslop was literally handed a gaggle of golden geese and he mowed them down with a tommy gun. 2019 was such a head start. They just had to walk across the finish line.
3:57 believe it or not, all professional writers used M-dashes before AI. If you think about it, it HAS to be true, where else did AI pick it up from?! The funny thing is how nobody ever noticed before.
OMG I’m using gpt models via api key on Azure and I was SO frustrated by the speed many times. This all makes sense now. Thank you for pushing MS to un-shittify OpenAI model hosting.
"Why do we have Microsoft Research at all?" My god 🙇♂
Theo casually makes MS fix azure openAI performance.

Using Microsoft's own free credits to show how their cloud underperforms on a massive stage is diabolical (but necessary). What an ending to the video.
I've never seen a company fail to execute so consistently across so many different industries as I have with Microsoft. There just seems to be some deep cultural rot in that company, or all of the senior management is so completely out of touch that they're basically unable to properly oversee the people working for them. It's like they know what to do in theory but when it comes to the logistics of doing it and the actual quality of the customer experience they just completely lose the plot. The fact Anthropic has better integration with Microsoft Office than CoPilot despite the Open AI partnership is absolutely damning. Windows, Office, Azure, and their sheer scale seems to be the only reasons they occasionally succeed despite themselves.
I did not expect this video to be this fun
Great video. Learned so much about what's going on behind the scenes in the AI world. And nice one for not backing down when dealing with Microsoft. They had such a head start. I can only think of incompetence. Messing up Windows and sounds like they totally messed up Azure as well. We're lucky to have Linux.

It's not just aws. I wouldn't undersell the power of sycophancy in the models as a driver of adoption. Claude models are almost all more sycophantic than gpt-5 series models (in the typical coding claude code, codex, and cowork)
Theo! The blurring/obfuscation of email/user credentials you implimented T3Code is perfect - can someone PLEASE get this infront of Anthropic as an example of actual UI/UX... If I have to blur my name again in screenshots im going to scream.
