My mom is almost 92. Whenever I have expressed worries about the state of the world she has told me, this is how things have always been. There's always terrible things happening but there is also simple, beautiful life to be had. The older I get the more I tune out the news and just focus on my day.

I had two children my first child could keep herself entertained for hours using her imagination playing on her own with her toys, etc.. My son had to be entertained constantly from one thing to the next to the next. It’s just funny how all the personalities are so different. Glad you guys are living your best life. The children never get easier. It just gets different.

I started seeing your vids when u were living in the scamp. That really inspired me an in 2019 i bought 20 acres. I was still living in the city at that time, dreaming of moving. Shortly after that you bought your acreage and built your house. It took me until 2024 to finally move to my new place. Your adventures and ambitions over the years were a big part of what gave me the inspiration to move to a remote new wonderful place
