There is nothing about META in the privacy options on my phone. The option to connect all of my social media accounts across the board is left off. I will not allow any accounts to be combined. I also do not allow Google to save any of my passwords. I refrain from uploading things to the cloud.

I can’t cope. With any of it. When computers came out . They said it will make life easier.?? Really.? Fast forward. More hacking more spying more fraud . More inconsistencies. Folks just want all this online stuff.? And when it goes wrong.?? Not everyone is equipped to be able to deal with all this.? What about the elderly. What about learning disabilities what about folks with Ailments not able to understand.? Pass word this and that. Then all the unwanted spam emails Advertising.? I have problems remembering all my passwords.? Ok you can put them into biometrics. Until that goes wrong as well making you have to get Yet another device? It’s all going to far.? We are becoming obsalete as a race . Because A.I is taking over.?

Remove existing data from the system - a step you can request 4. Notify people you frequently contact using WhatsApp or Meta's products, and ask them to and instruct them to opt out 5. Leave any unnecessary facebook or WhatsApp groups 6. Consider leaving or using less WhatsApp and Meta's products, or at least moving more sensitive contacts and conversations to more secure platforms such as Signals 7. Keep on monitoring any updates on Meta's side for the case you may need to take some actions again to opt out etc.
Shut down my Facebook account and about a year later shut down WhatsApp. I cannot deal with this. There are settings on your phone to turn off camera and microphone. Only turn it on when needed in the moment. Turn off Siri feature on your iPhone if you don’t use it. I don’t. The same for android phones.
