I also sold my XUV700 AX7 L Diesel for buying my XEV9E Pack3, when that car was only 2.5 yr old and still under warranty as I knew that once I get my EV I will hardly ever drive it. My wife took lot of time to agree let go of that car because it's a great car and she loved it.
We were planning to buy new seltos as our Alto 800 is approaching 15 years of age next year, now we dropped the plan to buy a new car instead we decide we will hold on to the Alto 800 as long as we can and government allows to drive it on the roads, hopefully will get 5 years extended to the RC though recently WB CM says ban of 15y old car... Hoping the ev market will mature in coming years and also the technology. I think it's worth for everyone to wait and see till 2029 what happens in 2029 govt and upcoming policy. //Personal opinion: vehicles road worthiness shouldn't be decided on the age but on the condition and the polution level.//
