Dude definitely ran after they slowed down. The acceleration of his bike is 2x that of the police officers bike.

Well, anyone who does this kind of stunt on a public highway is obviously lacking a few brain cells … this case demonstrates that to an even greater degree! If they are stupid enough to risk their own life and limb that’s one thing, but this behaviour risks the lives of everyone using those roadways not to mention that they do so at the expense to our public healthcare system! 😡
