I will be the paragraph guy: the shooters wife was declared brain dead after an error in surgery and was unplugged. He began legal proceedings with the hospital but decided at some point he was going to complete a hospital shooting looking for the doctors on his wife’s case and the chief of surgery who declared his wife brain dead & operated on her. He went through all the floors looking for people and stumbled into this room. He asks if the guy was a surgeon because it was the surgical staff who were the doctors on his wife case, and that’s why he shoots him. The man he shot died, the other female doctor survives, and the female patient survives initially but dies when she comes back to the hospital maybe 6 months later after a surgery. I believe all the surgical staff on his wife’s case also survived too
