3% with samsung wallet make this essentially a 3% catch all which is actually insane. having that alone would make this a competitive card, so if all of that is true, this is definitely worth considering if you're a samsung user. i have a feeling that the 3% category will be brought down to 2% next year once everyone already has the card tho lol.
