Why didn't he use a shovel or his foot
Probably not hot asphalt. Looks like cold patch.
This is really smart, because if the thing packs unevenly, someone can destroy their tire or flip their vehicle for some fking idiot doing bs on the side of the road for no reason.
That’s exactly what I need... black asphalt stuck to my white car and it cannot be washed after drying + It’s not even safe drive onto it when it hasn't been rolled.
Why not use a compactor??
Until the asphalt sticks to a tire and pulls the entire lump out... Use a roller.
Should be paid more
He probably got tired of the state not fixing the pothole which cost him a tire and rim two months ago. So he went to his local Lowes or Home Depot and bought asphalt cold repair compound and filled it himself. Been there. Although i have a hand tamper.
