I’m 45, I own my own home in Vancouver the 3rd most unaffordable city in the world. My advice to young people, forget your friends, get rid of them. They’re only wasting your time. I worked 3 jobs a week for 4 years, I bought my home and a McLaren 650s which I’m converting to a 675LT. I invested my money in a high yield ETF and now I work 1 job and will be retiring in 3 years.
